Keema Lobia Recipe

Ingredients for Qeema Lobiya:
- ½ Cup Oil
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- ½ KG Minced Mutton
- 2 Tomatoes (Medium sized & chopped)
- 1 cup Fried Onions
- Salt (As needed)
- 2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- ½ Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tsp coriander Powder
- 1 Cup water
- 150 gm (White Beans (Boiled)
- 1 Cup yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
Directions for Qeema Lobiya:
- Add cooking oil in a pan
- Then add ginger garlic paste, fry it lightly
- Add minced mutton, tomatoes, fried onions, salt, red chili powder, cumin, turmeric powder, Garam Masala, coriander powder, water & cook for 20-25 minutes on medium flame
- Then add white beans (Boiled), Garam Masala, & cook for some seconds
- Complete Garnishing with the help of lemon slices & green chilies
- Serve with Chapati & Raita
